In the heart of the Landes region, in the 13th-century village of Roquefort.
Perched at a height of 6 meters, Lou Pignada is the perfect place to admire the view and relax.
Jean-Raymond, an artisan carpenter, and his wife Isabelle, a painter, decided to launch this crazy project to build a wooden cabin, perched in the Landes, like no other: oak for the frame, bamboo for the outside floor, pine for the inside floor and Douglas fir for the cladding. For the roof, we used wooden tiles! On the 1st floor, you’ll find this magnificent, unoverlooked jacuzzi, where you can admire the view over Roquefort in complete peace and quiet. The 2nd staircase takes you up to this lovely balcony, furnished with two beautiful wooden armchairs that let you contemplate the landscape and its colors.
