Enjoy Cyrille’s favorite dishes: country terrine with Armagnac and pistachios, homemade beef lasagne, roast Camembert with honey and rosemary and divine sauces (sauce vigneronne, peach sauce, honey), not forgetting local confits, magrets and foies gras!
